Summary: My room had bed bugs

Summary: The room did not look like as it was advertised. I didn’t get the room I wanted. I was placed on a smokers floor. The other visitors were loud and there were dogs. I asked for more towels because it only came with one face towel and one drying towel but didn’t receive them. The beds do not come with a comforter so keep that in mind. Make sure to bring cleaning supplies with you. The parking lot was cluttered and people just all out and about everywhere.

Summary: I like the fact they working on keeping people who doesn't room here away and working on keeping the noise level down after hours so working people can rest peacefully will love for more enforcement

Summary: Service was a little slow but eventually they got around to thanks. The staff as a whole is very nice and very cooperative. There were issues however, with the fact that the other guests were loud and noisy and awfully haven't arguments and fights and hallways. Unruly kids and adults on hallways and stairwells People allow their pets to defecate on hallway Rules of hotel (of there are any) are not enforced Wish they would repair the pool and have it ready by summer Any one that is long-term should be on the first floor.as older adults tend to have health issues
